How to make bacon and egg pie

Set oven to 170c

Wash spinach leaves then cut the steams off

Spray bowls with canola oil

Thaw pastry for 10 minutes

Chop bacon into pieces

Put pastry In pie dishes with pepper corns or rice to weigh it down then put in oven for 10 minutes

When pastry is done take out the rice and cover the bottom with bacon and cut the excess pastry

Apply spinach leaves on bacon then crack the eggs on the leaves sprinkle with salt and pepper then add desired amount of cheese

Put in oven for 20-30 minutes or until egg is cooked to find out if the egg is cooked put a fork in the egg if it comes out clear it's cooked if not put on for another 5-10 minutes keep an eye on it
