How to make chocolate almond bites

Measure 1/2 cup of gluten free rolled oats and pour in a bowl

Measure and add to bowl, 1/3 cup of raw almond slivers

Pour 1/2 cup of raw almond butter into measuring cup. Heat in microwave for 30-45 seconds to melt it

Add 2 tablespoons of organic honey to melted almond butter Add 1 tablespoon of organic 100% pure maple syrup to measuring cup as well

Stir almond butter, honey and maple syrup well

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to measuring cup and stir well

Add 2 table spoons of organic unsweetened cocoa powder to measuring cup containing almond butter, honey, maple syrup and vanilla extract mixture

Stir very well

Add dry ingredients (almond slivers and rolled oats) to chocolate/almond butter wet mixture

Stir together well

Form mixture into 11-12 one inch size balls and sit them aside

Now time to form a seed mixture to roll the bites in for added nutrition In a separate bowl, add 1 tablespoon of organic chia seeds

Add 1 tablespoon of raw hemp hearts with chia seeds

Add 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed to seed mixture

Stir the mixture together well

Once seed mixture is stirred well, roll each bite in the mixture to fully cover each with seeds

Here's the finished product. I rolled one with some coconut and seeds too just to see how I liked it.

Wrap them in parchment paper and place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes before enjoying. Store them in the refrigerator.

The following are additional bites I've made...
